No Refund Policy
At DiCaprio Aesthetics, all payments made for consultations, booking fees, treatments, services, or packages are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment is completed, it confirms your appointment, reserves clinical time, materials, and professional resources specifically for you. For this reason, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to appointment cancellation, rescheduling, non-attendance, change of mind, or dissatisfaction without clinical grounds.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, all paid amounts remain non-refundable, and a new payment may be required to secure any future appointment.
Payments made toward treatments or packages are allocated to planning, preparation, materials, and clinical time. Any unused portion is not eligible for cash refund and may only be addressed at the discretion of DiCaprio Aesthetics in accordance with clinical assessment and internal policy.
